Doria is a property located in the small village of Pontone; a village at only 4 km to Amalfi and 3 to Ravello. In this village it is still possible to live the old traditions: in fact walking around its little streets you can meet old peasants coming back from their farms, wine yards or lemon yards, typically dressed, with their heavy wood basket full of vegetables, lemons and flowers. All this give you the idea to be in an ancient époque and lead you to understand the aim of the life in a farmer village of southern Italy.
It’s small square is at only few minutes and it is a meeting point for the people of the village and the departure for the famous tracks as La valle delle ferriere and Torre dello Ziro.

The apartment is reachable only by 3 steps and is made up of:

A kitchen well furnished with stove top, fridge, oven, microwave; kettle; toaster
A room with a double bed and a balcony furnished with a small table and 2 chairs. It overlooks the mountains and the village of Ravello;
A room with a single bed + an added bed;
A bathroom with shower and a washing machine

Cot and high chair included in the price, they have to be requested at the moment of the booking
10% discount for 2 weeks rentals for any period of the year

Pontone is connected to the other villages of the Amalfi Coast by bus. The bus stop is at only 100 mt. Possibility to park in a private parking close to the apartment
Maid service is available on request.

Check in times

Check in is preferred on Saturdays from 15.30 to 20.00. For arrivals after 20:00 until 22:00 there is an extra charge of EUR 50.00; no arrivals will be accepted after 22.00.

Those who arrive after 22.00 will need to check at our office at 9.00 a.m the following day.

The approximate arrival time, way of arrival (by air and/or using a car or public transportation) including flight or train details and contact number needs to be communicated to us by email at least a week before the arrival. This will help us arrange a meeting that addresses all your needs and questions. In case you are delayed, please give us a telephone call to advise the estimated time of arrival.

Guests must depart by 10.00 a.m. For departures before 9:00 a.m security deposit can be held and sent back by electronic draft to your bank after checking any damage caused during the stay.

Departure time has to be communicated upon arrival or during the rental period and at least 3 days before departure.

For apartments that accept animals an extra charge and an extra security deposit will be required.

Policies & disclaimers

A deposit of 40% of the rental cost is required and payable on booking.

Confirmation will not be effected until the whole of the deposit has been received.

The balance must be paid within 45 days before arrival.

Any extra cost must be paid in cash and on arrival.

At the arrival it is also require a security deposit for any damage caused during the stay.

PENALTIES AND CANCELLATIONS:

If for any reason the customer intends to cancel the reservation, the customer must pay a fee based on the total rental cost calculated from the beginning of the lease period, according to the following:
