The residence Panoramic is located in the cetner of Maiori which is one of the Divine Amalfitan Coast pearls. The dry and temperate climate favours it all over the year. The landascape is really suggestive and, in a few minutes, it changes from the sea to a wooded inland, which is an ideal place to go walking and enjoy being in touch with nature.
From Maiori you can move along the Coast, and make excursion to the islands (Capri and Ischia), or even to Pompei, Paestum, and all the places of the biggest cultural interest of Campania.

The residence Hotel Panoramic has been completely restructured in 2003, it is very near to the beach and the turistic seaport. From is terraces you enjoy a wonderful view, and you can stay all quiete and relax.

The residence Hotel Panoramic consists of 26 mini-flats (one /two-room flat with 2-5 sleeps) refinendly furnished with kichen, living room, bathroom, telephone, satellite Tv, heating and airconditioner in summer. Every flat corresponds to a private parking (1 car per flat)

Bilo apartments sleeping 4 consists of living room with kitchenette (with oven and 4 gas rings) and double sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, balcony. Some have seaview. Extra bed available on charge.

Mono is a Studio apartment sleeping 2 consists of living room with kitchenette (with oven and four gas rings) and double bed, bathroom with shower, balcony. Some have seaview

Check in times

Check in is preferred on Saturdays from 15.30 to 20.00. For arrivals after 20:00 until 22:00 there is an extra charge of EUR 50.00; no arrivals will be accepted after 22.00.

Those who arrive after 22.00 will need to check at our office at 9.00 a.m the following day.

The approximate arrival time, way of arrival (by air and/or using a car or public transportation) including flight or train details and contact number needs to be communicated to us by email at least a week before the arrival. This will help us arrange a meeting that addresses all your needs and questions. In case you are delayed, please give us a telephone call to advise the estimated time of arrival.

Guests must depart by 10.00 a.m. For departures before 9:00 a.m security deposit can be held and sent back by electronic draft to your bank after checking any damage caused during the stay.

Departure time has to be communicated upon arrival or during the rental period and at least 3 days before departure.

For apartments that accept animals an extra charge and an extra security deposit will be required.

Policies & disclaimers

A deposit of 40% of the rental cost is required and payable on booking.

Confirmation will not be effected until the whole of the deposit has been received.

The balance must be paid within 45 days before arrival.

Any extra cost must be paid in cash and on arrival.

At the arrival it is also require a security deposit for any damage caused during the stay.

PENALTIES AND CANCELLATIONS:

If for any reason the customer intends to cancel the reservation, the customer must pay a fee based on the total rental cost calculated from the beginning of the lease period, according to the following:
