Swimming pool: open from May 03rd to Ocotber 18th , the pool is situated on the roof terrace of the building . It measures 7x5 m with an average depth of 2,50 m. The pool is shared with the guests staying at the three other apartments of the villa and/or the owner who occasionally occupies her own apartment 
Facilities: fridge/freezer, cooker with 4 gas rings, electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, satellite TV, air-conditioned and central heating , hairdryers in each bathroom, ironing facilities.

INTERNAL DESCRIPTION
Accommodation (roughly 140 sqm inside and 100 sqm of private terraces )

• Private terrace placed at the entrance of the house. The terrace is furnished with sun lounges, a dining table with chairs and offers a gorgeous view of the sea and of the Amalfi Coast
• From the terrace, 3 sets of glass doors give access to the kitchen and into the dining/ living room. The living/dining area is comfortable and large, furnished with a dining table with chairs, a sofa with armchairs, a satellite television.
• The kitchen is equipped with cooker with 4 gas rings, electric oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle etc…
• From the dining/living room a small corridor leads to:
• A bedroom with a double bed and glass door which lead back to the main entrance gate. This bedroom has no sea views being situated on the back of the house This bedroom has a spacious en-suite bathroom, equipped with a shower cubicle, a washbasin and toilet
• Second bedroom with a double bed and French doors leading onto the main terrace
• Third bedroom with a double bed and French doors leading onto the main terrace
• Two large bathrooms, each with a shower cubicle, a washbasin and toilet

The roof terrace: The terrace is roughly 290 sqm and offers magnificent views of steep cliffs that dives into the sea, covered by terraces on which lemon trees and vineyards are grown .
The terrace is partly shaded by a brickwork pergola and sun umbrellas under which are two dining tables with chairs and a barbecue. The area exposed to the sun is equipped with comfortable sun lounges and an outdoor shower.
The terrace is shared with the guests staying at the two other apartments of the villa and/or the owner who occasionally occupies her own apartment.

From Casa Cycas 3 , you will reach the roof terrace along an external stairway of approximately 30 steps

Mandatory cleaning fee, payable locally 120,00 euros per week including mid-week cleaning with change of towels and end-of-week cleaning 
Damage deposit : € 500,00 payable locally in cash on arrival
Electricity/air conditioning/ heating : 0,42 euros /Kwh above 120 Kwh / week
TOURIST TAX: (from April 1st to September 30th) to be paid locally in cash is Euro 2,00 per person per day (children under 10 years of age are exempt)

ACCESS: 
Casa Cycas 3 will be accessed from the street level going up a private walkway of about 60 steps

The centre of the village of Furore is 1,5 km away and provides for immediate provisions ( bars, groceries , stop for the local bus and post office) and just 5 minutes driving from the house are two family restaurants.

The town of Agerola is 10 mins drive from the village and offers a large selection of restaurants, bars, shops, banks and other amenities.
