Swimming pool: open from May 03rd to Ocotber 18th , the pool is situated on the roof terrace of the building . It measures 7x5 m with an average depth of 2,50 m. The pool is shared with the guests staying at the three other apartments of the villa and/or the owner who occasionally occupies her own apartment

Facilities: Fridge/freezer, cooker with 4 gas rings, electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, satellite TV, air-conditioned and central heating , hairdryers in each bathroom, ironing facilities.

It is a splendid three -story villa on the top of a steep mountain overlooking the sea. 
It is 200-square meter big and it sleeps 8 people into 2 separate and beautifully appointed vacation houses, each with comfortable indoor and outdoor living spaces. They can be rented either separately or together for a larger group of up to eight people. They share a private swimming-pool, a large terrace and a garden, all with a wide and splendid view of the sea and of the Amalfi Coast

Accommodation: (roughly 90 sqm inside and 10 sqm of private terraces and balconies)

• Main bedroom with a double bed , a windows and wall to wall glass sliding doors which lead onto a balcony and offer a wide and splendid view of the sea.
• This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a Jacuzzi bath tub, a washbasin and a toilet.
• Both the bedroom and the bathroom are equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
• Second bedroom with a double bed , an air conditioning/heating unit and ceiling fan.
• French doors gives onto a balcony with the same splendid sea view
• Adjacent to the second bedroom is a bathroom which comprises a shower cubicle, wash basin and a toilet . French doors open onto a standing balcony with splendid sea view.
• Large living/dining room with solid wood sideboards, crystal topped dining table seating four people , satellite TV , comfortable sofa with armchairs. The kitchen corner is fitted with 4 gas rings, electric oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle etc…
• From the living room, arched glass doors open onto a side terrace which enjoys sea views The terrace is furnished with a dining table seating four people.

The roof terrace: The terrace is roughly 290 sqm and offers magnificent views of steep cliffs that dives into the sea, covered by terraces on which lemon trees and vineyards are grown .
The terrace is partly shaded by a brickwork pergola and sun umbrellas under which are two dining tables with chairs and a barbecue . The area exposed to the sun is equipped with comfortable sun lounges and an outdoor shower.

ACCESS:
Cycas 1 will be accessed from the street level going up a private walkway . Cycas 1 is 35 steps above street level while Cycas 2 is reached climbing a further stairway of 15 steps for a total of 50 steps from the street level.
