The house Casa Alfonso is located in Furore, a village 10km away from Amalfi, overlooking the sea. Since 1997, as the whole Amalfi Coast, it became part of the UNESCO World Heritage List. It is part also of the Club Of Most Beautiful Villages of Italy. To reach the property, once you have parked your car, you have to go down 90 steps.The driveway is shared with a neighboring property.
The house is made up of two levels:
on the first floor there are

A patio area with table and chairs;
A garden ;
A large kitchen very well equipped with a dishwasher , a small fridge, oven and gas stove and fireplace ;
A bedroom a double bed with fireplace, with exit to the garden;
A living room with a sofa and TV with exit to the garden ;
A large bathroom with shower.

The second floor is reached by climbing 10 steps and consits of:

A living room with sofa bed and balcony with sea view;
A large bedroom with balcony and sea view;
A double room with balcony and sea view;
A bathroom with shower;
A laundry room with washing machine;

Free parking available on the street about 200 meters from the house.
Bus stop 50 meters from the property
Restaurant and grocery store at 800mt

Check in times

Check in is preferred on Saturdays from 15.30 to 20.00. For arrivals after 20:00 until 22:00 there is an extra charge of EUR 50.00; no arrivals will be accepted after 22.00.

Those who arrive after 22.00 will need to check at our office at 9.00 a.m the following day.

The approximate arrival time, way of arrival (by air and/or using a car or public transportation) including flight or train details and contact number needs to be communicated to us by email at least a week before the arrival. This will help us arrange a meeting that addresses all your needs and questions. In case you are delayed, please give us a telephone call to advise the estimated time of arrival.

Guests must depart by 10.00 a.m. For departures before 9:00 a.m security deposit can be held and sent back by electronic draft to your bank after checking any damage caused during the stay.

Departure time has to be communicated upon arrival or during the rental period and at least 3 days before departure.

For apartments that accept animals an extra charge and an extra security deposit will be required.

Policies & disclaimers

A deposit of 40% of the rental cost is required and payable on booking.

Confirmation will not be effected until the whole of the deposit has been received.

The balance must be paid within 45 days before arrival.

Any extra cost must be paid in cash and on arrival.

At the arrival it is also require a security deposit for any damage caused during the stay.

PENALTIES AND CANCELLATIONS:

If for any reason the customer intends to cancel the reservation, the customer must pay a fee based on the total rental cost calculated from the beginning of the lease period, according to the following:
