Casa Degli Angeli is located in the village of Conca dei Marini, one of the pearls of the Amalfi Coast, and painted with the typical Mediterranean colors of the dark green of thick vegetation and the yellow of the famous local lemons.
It is only 4 km away to Amalfi and very cloise to all thye village of the coast

The house it is on two levels and has a large swimming pool shared occasionally with the owner that laves close by.
From the main road there is the entrance to the property that include also the parking for one car. Taking down very few steps you reach the gardens and the pool area and then the main access to the house

The main floor is made up of:

A living/dining room with a chimney and direct access to the swimming pool
A well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven, toaster and kettle
A bedroom with two single beds + possible added bed
A bathroom with a shower and washing machine

The upper level is reachable trough the internal stair and is made up of:

A double bedroom with a small terrace overlooking the sea and the swimming pool;
A mezzanine with a sofa overlooking the dining/living area
A bathroom with bathtub;

The outdoor space is furnished with a table for 6, sun beds and umbrella
The house is also provided of pool towels

It is possible to use the pool from 8.30am to 8.30pm

The beaches are located at 1,5 km far away from the house. Notice that on the Amalfi Coast there are many up hills. There is a beach that has a shuttle service that is included in the price of the entrance. On request, an Italian chef is available at very reasonable rates to prepare your meals.

Check in times

Check in is preferred on Saturdays from 15.30 to 20.00. For arrivals after 20:00 until 22:00 there is an extra charge of EUR 50.00; no arrivals will be accepted after 22.00.

Those who arrive after 22.00 will need to check at our office at 9.00 a.m the following day.

The approximate arrival time, way of arrival (by air and/or using a car or public transportation) including flight or train details and contact number needs to be communicated to us by email at least a week before the arrival. This will help us arrange a meeting that addresses all your needs and questions. In case you are delayed, please give us a telephone call to advise the estimated time of arrival.

Guests must depart by 10.00 a.m. For departures before 9:00 a.m security deposit can be held and sent back by electronic draft to your bank after checking any damage caused during the stay.

Departure time has to be communicated upon arrival or during the rental period and at least 3 days before departure.

For apartments that accept animals an extra charge and an extra security deposit will be required.

Policies & disclaimers

A deposit of 40% of the rental cost is required and payable on booking.

Confirmation will not be effected until the whole of the deposit has been received.

The balance must be paid within 45 days before arrival.

Any extra cost must be paid in cash and on arrival.

At the arrival it is also require a security deposit for any damage caused during the stay.

PENALTIES AND CANCELLATIONS:

If for any reason the customer intends to cancel the reservation, the customer must pay a fee based on the total rental cost calculated from the beginning of the lease period, according to the following:
