Conca dei Marini, a captivating village, is located only three kilometres away from Amalfi, scattered among the sky, the sea and the earth. Here the dominant colours are the dark green of prosperous, thick vegetation and the yellow of the splendid lemons of the coast.
Peonia is a romantic apartment, beautifully decorated with antique furniture.
At the entrance of the main gate, there is a nice garden furnished with a table and chairs. From this area you can admire the vast, blue Mediterranean sea of the Amalfi Coast, Li Galli Island, Capri and the village of Praiano.

The apartment consists of:

A dining/living room with TV and a balconies overlooking the sea view;
A bedroom with a double bed and balcony with sea view;
A bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom w/shower and a balcony with sea view;
A second bathroom with shower;
A laundry with washing machine;
A small, very well furnished kitchen with stove top, oven and fridge;
A garden with a spectacular view (as mentioned above).

Maid service is available if requested.

Reaching the apt is very easy. Once you park the car, there are widely graded steps (about 30) that lead you there.

The beaches are located at 1,5 km far away from the house. Notice that on the Amalfi Coast there are many up hills. There is a beach that has a shuttle service that is included in the price of the entrance. Check in times

Check in is preferred on Saturdays from 15.30 to 20.00. For arrivals after 20:00 until 22:00 there is an extra charge of EUR 50.00; no arrivals will be accepted after 22.00.

Those who arrive after 22.00 will need to check at our office at 9.00 a.m the following day.

The approximate arrival time, way of arrival (by air and/or using a car or public transportation) including flight or train details and contact number needs to be communicated to us by email at least a week before the arrival. This will help us arrange a meeting that addresses all your needs and questions. In case you are delayed, please give us a telephone call to advise the estimated time of arrival.

Guests must depart by 10.00 a.m. For departures before 9:00 a.m security deposit can be held and sent back by electronic draft to your bank after checking any damage caused during the stay.

Departure time has to be communicated upon arrival or during the rental period and at least 3 days before departure.

For apartments that accept animals an extra charge and an extra security deposit will be required.

Policies & disclaimers

A deposit of 40% of the rental cost is required and payable on booking.

Confirmation will not be effected until the whole of the deposit has been

received.

The balance must be paid within 45 days before arrival.

Any extra cost must be paid in cash and on arrival.

At the arrival it is also require a security deposit for any damage caused during the stay.

PENALTIES AND CANCELLATIONS:

If for any reason the customer intends to cancel the reservation, the customer must pay a fee based on the total rental cost calculated from the beginning of the lease period, according to the following:
