Maruzzella is an elegant apartment situated in Conca dei Marini a village just in the heart of the Amalfi Coast. This small village is only 4 km far from the famous town of Amalfi. Here you can find post office, a butcher, a little supermarket, a good pizzeria with a big terrace outside, a bar, a chemist and bus service. Due to its position it has the advantage of a spectacular view over the sea and its beautiful coastline as well as being surrounded by all the green gardens full of lemon trees and flowers
Maruzzella is completely renovated and it is made up of:
- a large private terrace complete with sun lounge chairs, table and chairs,
- a bedroom with double-bed
- a sitting room with sofa bed and combined kitchen corner.
Furnished with smart, new and comfortable furniture, air-conditioning, TV led with satellite connection, internet lan and wi-fi.
Lovely tiled bathroom with shower. The beautiful tiles are from the Amalfi coast with the typical colors used for this area. Equipped with hairdryer.
A car can be parked on a small unpaved road that lies behind the house. From here the apartment is reached going down approx. 35 steps find with.

The beaches are located at 1,5 km far away from the house. Notice that on the Amalfi Coast there are many up hills. There is a beach that has a shuttle service that is included in the price of the entrance. Check in times
Check in is preferred on Saturdays from 15.30 to 20.00. For arrivals after 20:00 until 22:00 there is an extra charge of EUR 50.00; no arrivals will be accepted after 22.00.
Those who arrive after 22.00 will need to check at our office at 9.00 a.m the following day.
The approximate arrival time, way of arrival (by air and/or using a car or public transportation) including flight or train details and contact number needs to be communicated to us by email at least a week before the arrival. This will help us arrange a meeting that addresses all your needs and questions. In case you are delayed, please give us a telephone call to advise the estimated time of arrival.
Guests must depart by 10.00 a.m. For departures before 9:00 a.m security deposit can be held and sent back by electronic draft to your bank after checking any damage caused during the stay.
Departure time has to be communicated upon arrival or during the rental period and at least 3 days before departure.
For apartments that accept animals an extra charge and an extra security deposit will be required.

Amalfi (4 km), Ravello (12 km), Minori (9 km), Maiori (11 km), Praiano (10 km), Positano (18 km), Capri and Ischia (ferries from Amalfi), Sorrento (28 km), Pompei (40 km) and Ercolano (52 km) .
Policies & disclaimers
A deposit of 40% of the rental cost is required and payable on booking.
Confirmation will not be effected until the whole of the deposit has been received.
The balance must be paid within 45 days before arrival.
Any extra cost must be paid in cash and on arrival.
At the arrival it is also require a security deposit for any damage caused during the stay.
PENALTIES AND CANCELLATIONS:
If for any reason the customer intends to cancel the reservation, the customer must pay a fee based on the total rental cost calculated from the beginning of the lease period, according to the following:
