Il boschetto is situated in the village of Conca dei Marini at only 3 km to Amalfi
The apartment has two access by the private parking (max 2 cars) about and one from the typical street of the Amalfi coast. Both have about 40 steps

The uniqueness of this house are the beautiful vaulted ceiling with friezes of the 600 and also the enchanting view of the Gulf of Amalfi and the overhanging cliffs.

The house is on two levels and is composed of

entrance with a large living room/dining room with TV and access to the terrace with sea view and to the gardenequipped with table and chairs
a kitchen with stove, oven,toaster and refrigerator:
a double room with access to the terrace overlooking the sea;
a bathroom with bathtub
a bathroom with toilet, bidet and washbasin

The second level has accessed trough a spiral staircase and consists of:

a large double room with extra bed and with a low arched window with sea view;
a small bathroom

The terraces are furnished with table and chairs.

The house has not air conditioning because its wall are very big protecting it from the heat

The beaches are located at 1,5 km far away from the house. Notice that on the Amalfi Coast there are many up hills. There is a beach that has a shuttle service that is included in the price of the entrance. Check in times

Check in is preferred on Saturdays from 15.30 to 20.00. For arrivals after 20:00 until 22:00 there is an extra charge of EUR 50.00; no arrivals will be accepted after 22.00.

Those who arrive after 22.00 will need to check at our office at 9.00 a.m the following day.

The approximate arrival time, way of arrival (by air and/or using a car or public transportation) including flight or train details and contact number needs to be communicated to us by email at least a week before the arrival. This will help us arrange a meeting that addresses all your needs and questions. In case you are delayed, please give us a telephone call to advise the estimated time of arrival.

Guests must depart by 10.00 a.m. For departures before 9:00 a.m security deposit can be held and sent back by electronic draft to your bank after checking any damage caused during the stay.

Departure time has to be communicated upon arrival or during the rental period and at least 3 days before departure.

For apartments that accept animals an extra charge and an extra security deposit will be required.

Policies & disclaimers

A deposit of 40% of the rental cost is required and payable on booking.

Confirmation will not be effected until the whole of the deposit has been received.

The balance must be paid within 45 days before arrival.

Any extra cost must be paid in cash and on arrival.

At the arrival it is also require a security deposit for any damage caused during the stay.

PENALTIES AND CANCELLATIONS:

If for any reason the customer intends to cancel the reservation, the customer must pay a fee based on the total rental cost calculated from the beginning of the lease period, according to the following:
