Sea view is a beautiful apartment situated in the historical center of Atrani and only 90 steps to climb to reach the house
Its characteristic are the beautiful coloured hand-painted majolica tiles floor

The house is on 2 floors. The main floor is composed of:

A living/dining room furnished of sofa bed, table and chairs and TV
A bedroom with double bed. The height of the room is 2,10mt
An intermediate floor with two beds and on request with three beds. the height of the room is about 1,85

From the corridor, going through a winding staircase of, you will reach the upper part of the house.

There you will find the kitchen and the magnificent large terrace. By the staircase you will find a corner with a washbasin and a fountain, and after a few steps there is the bathroom, well equipped and with a shower.

The kitchen is furnished with stove top, fridge with freezer and washing machine
From the kitchen there are two glass doors that take you directly on the beautiful terrace

The large terrace overlooking the sea, the Church of La maddalena and the whole village on its back. It is equipped with a tent, deck chairs, tables, chairs, external shower and barbecue. Its floor is with terracotta tiles and has also brickwork seats, decorated with hand-painted majolica tiles.

Please note that this apartment is not recommended for children under 10 years

Staying at Atrani you will be able, without the need of a car, to visit all the village of the Amalfi coast, the island of Capri and Sorrento.

Check in times

Check in is preferred on Saturdays from 15.30 to 20.00. For arrivals after 20:00 until 22:00 there is an extra charge of EUR 50.00; no arrivals will be accepted after 22.00.

Those who arrive after 22.00 will need to check at our office at 9.00 a.m the following day.

The approximate arrival time, way of arrival (by air and/or using a car or public transportation) including flight or train details and contact number needs to be communicated to us by email at least a week before the arrival. This will help us arrange a meeting that addresses all your needs and questions. In case you are delayed, please give us a telephone call to advise the estimated time of arrival.

Guests must depart by 10.00 a.m. For departures before 9:00 a.m security deposit can be held and sent back by electronic draft to your bank after checking any damage caused during the stay.

Departure time has to be communicated upon arrival or during the rental period and at least 3 days before departure.

For apartments that accept animals an extra charge and an extra security deposit will be required.

Policies & disclaimers

A deposit of 40% of the rental cost is required and payable on booking.

Confirmation will not be effected until the whole of the deposit has been received.

The balance must be paid within 45 days before arrival.

Any extra cost must be paid in cash and on arrival.

At the arrival it is also require a security deposit for any damage caused during the stay.

PENALTIES AND CANCELLATIONS:

If for any reason the customer intends to cancel the reservation, the customer must pay a fee based on the total rental cost calculated from the beginning of the lease period, according to the following:
