The apartment "Casa Turchina" is located in a residence surrounded by greenery just 2 Km from the center of Amalfi.
The apartment consists of:
One room with a table for dining and a sleeping area with a double sofa bed;
The well equipped kitchen with electric cookers is separated by an arch;
A bathroom with bathtub and washing machine;
A large balcony equipped with chairs, table and awning with a wonderful view over the beach of Santa Croce and of the sea.

Parking available and unsecured below the property; On request at about 500 meters away there is a parking fee.
Bus and restaurants at about 300 meters from the apartment.

Daily maid service on request.

The pool is not part of the property and is located a few kilometres from the apartment. It ´a public swimming pool and payment is made directly to the entrance. Free shuttle service. Beach towels included. For more information please contact us.

At about 600/700 meters away you can reach the beautiful beach of Duoglio through about 200 steps.

Check in times

Check in is preferred on Saturdays from 15.30 to 20.00. For arrivals after 20:00 until 22:00 there is an extra charge of EUR 50.00; no arrivals will be accepted after 22.00.

Those who arrive after 22.00 will need to check at our office at 9.00 a.m the following day.

The approximate arrival time, way of arrival (by air and/or using a car or public transportation) including flight or train details and contact number needs to be communicated to us by email at least a week before the arrival. This will help us arrange a meeting that addresses all your needs and questions. In case you are delayed, please give us a telephone call to advise the estimated time of arrival.

Guests must depart by 10.00 a.m. For departures before 9:00 a.m security deposit can be held and sent back by electronic draft to your bank after checking any damage caused during the stay.

Departure time has to be communicated upon arrival or during the rental period and at least 3 days before departure.

For apartments that accept animals an extra charge and an extra security deposit will be required.

Driving directions

2Km Amalfi, Atrani 2.5 Km, 3Km Conca dei Marini, Furore 8Km; 9km Praiano, Positano 17Km, 32Km Sorrento, Ravello 8km, 6km Minor; 7 Km Maiori.
Emerald Grotto, Capri and Ischia can be reached by boat from Amalfi.

Policies & disclaimers

A deposit of 40% of the rental cost is required and payable on booking.

Confirmation will not be effected until the whole of the deposit has been received.

The balance must be paid within 45 days before arrival.

Any extra cost must be paid in cash and on arrival.

At the arrival it is also require a security deposit for any damage caused during the stay.

PENALTIES AND CANCELLATIONS:

If for any reason the customer intends to cancel the reservation, the customer must pay a fee based on the total rental cost calculated from the beginning of the lease period, according to the following:
