Villa Mediterraneo is located in one of the most enchanting parts of the Amalfi coast. The ancient stairs (about 150), leaving the Amalfi coast drive, will soon take you to the villa´s gardens and terraces overhanging the sea. The view is spectacular, and the villa provides all comforts, beach access, private sundeck, and private dock (about 200 steps). Free water-taxi service to the beach of Santa Croce and its restaurants is also provided.

The main terrace, built in natural stone and featuring expansive sea view, is surrounded by gardens and lemon groves. The outdoor area of the villa is a series of articulated terraces overhanging the sea, and overlooking Amalfi, the ancient Santa Rosa convent (built in1539), and villa Ponti, that once belonged to Sofia Loren and her husband Carlo. Strolling along the terraces our guests can find a maxi Jacuzzi, a sauna, the gym, the private sundeck, beach access and private dock.

The interior decor is just as engaging as the exterior—sleek, modern lines and bright splashes of color that stand out against a cool contrast of black and white.

Two suites with independent entrances—each with one queen bedroom (on request twin) with bathroom with shower. Both suites have entrances stepping onto the lounge area and are just steps away from the main entrance of the villa.

Sixteen steps lead to the first floor, where there are four bedrooms.

All seven rooms are overlooking the sea and can be arranged with queen or twin bed. Each room with en suite bathroom with shower or Jacuzzi tub, individual A/C and heating, satellite TV with LCD screen, telephone, DSL internet connection, bags screen, safe, hair dryer.

An extra outdoor level, at the back of the villa, is also available, and it is equipped with washing machine, dryer, clothes hanger, etc.

Check in times

Check in is preferred on Saturdays from 15.30 to 20.00. For arrivals after 20:00 until 22:00 there is an extra charge of EUR 50.00; no arrivals will be accepted after 22.00.

Those who arrive after 22.00 will need to check at our office at 9.00 a.m the following day.

The approximate arrival time, way of arrival (by air and/or using a car or public transportation) including flight or train details and contact number needs to be communicated to us by email at least a week before the arrival. This will help us arrange a meeting that addresses all your needs and questions. In case you are delayed, please give us a telephone call to advise the estimated time of arrival.

Guests must depart by 10.00 a.m. For departures before 9:00 a.m security deposit can be held and sent back by electronic draft to your bank after checking any damage caused during the stay.

Departure time has to be communicated upon arrival or during the rental period and at least 3 days before departure.

For apartments that accept animals an extra charge and an extra security deposit will be required.

Policies & disclaimers

A deposit of 40% of the rental cost is required and payable on booking.

Confirmation will not be effected until the whole of the deposit has been received.

The balance must be paid within 45 days before arrival.

Any extra cost must be paid in cash and on arrival.

At the arrival it is also require a security deposit for any damage caused during the stay.

PENALTIES AND CANCELLATIONS:

If for any reason the customer intends to cancel the reservation, the customer must pay a fee based on the total rental cost calculated from the beginning of the lease period, according to the following:
