Surrounded by green olive groves, pine trees and many other Mediterranean plants all cascading down to the sea, it has ample terraces on three different levels covered by a violet bougainvillea pergolas, with outdoor furniture, in built seatings, marble tables and garden seats which provides a very comfortable setting areas for al fresco meals. More paved terraces and gardens planted with pink and red geranium, are situated around the property; the swimming pool, set on the terrace at the third and lower level, is surrounded by a spacious terrace with terracotta floor, 12 sun loungers, 2 showers, shaded area with dining table and chairs for 12 .
The sitting room tiled with Vietri majolica tiles has been furnished in elegant coastal style with a beautiful and precious crystal table, ample and comfortable sofas and chairs and French windows to the terrace with in built seating, wicker chairs with round marble table and sea views.
The bedrooms, furnished in a modern and tasteful coastal fashion, open through French doors to the terraces, courtyards or balconies where one can escape to relax and enjoy the views or take in some sun .
The property, with floors in Vietri majolica tiles, comprises a main house and a separate annex with 2 double bedrooms (both bedrooms can be made up as two twin bedrooms) each with en-suite bathroom with wall mounted shower.

From the parking, the main entrance of the villa leads to a small lounge area with door to the spacious master bedroom. It is furnished with a double bed and a sofa bed convertible into a single bed. It has en suite full bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, TV, in built wooden robe, old chest of draw and sliding iron shutters opening to the lovely balcony with blue printed tiles, sun loungers and sea view.
From the lounge area a stone staircase (20 steps) take down to the spacious dining/sitting room with sofas for 12, satellite TV, precious crystal chandelier, crystal table seating 6 people and sliding iron shutters opening to the terrace with in built seating, blue and yellow printed tiles, wicker chairs, round marble table 4 seats and sea views.
On the left of the sitting room a small corridor leads to 2 double bedrooms, each with en-suite full bathroom with shower. The larger bedroom has windows with sea views, the other has French doors opening to a side terrace.

A communal staircase (approx. 400 steps) close to the villa, takes down to Santa Croce public beach with 2 restaurants, as well as umbrellas and chairs for hire.

Maid service: 6 hours per day per 5 days a week (Monday – Friday) and one change of linens and towels midweek are included in the rental price.

Electricity: 200 Kwh are included in the rental price. Excess of the included kwh will be paied locally at Euro 0,42 per kwh. Refundable damage deposit of Euro 1.500, is due upon arrival in cash (euro) or double signed travellers´ cheques. No other form of payment will be accepted.
