Villa Ibsen is situated just 2Km from Amalfi along the Statale SS163 (going towards Positano)
It is a very comfortable family villa, set in a lemon garden with the most wonderful views overlooking the sea and Amalfi, which is only a few kilometers away.
This unique setting is ideal for a family holiday, wedding/honeymoon or special occasion. It is in easy reach of local transport, therefore makes getting around very simple.
Beach distances:
A few metres away from the entrance, you can descend the 250/300 steps that lead directly to one of the most beautiful beaches on the Amalfi Coast: "Santa Croce". From this beach it is possible to reach Amalfi by public boat in ten minutes.
Amalfi beach: 2 km
Conca dei marini beach: 2,5 Km

There are very good local restaurants just a few minutes way from the villa.
Private pay parking is available near the premises.
From the villa it is easy to reach all the famous land points such as Capri, Ischia, Pompeii, Caserta, Positano and Sorrento, but to name a few.
There is also a private beach easily reached by steps.

The villa is made up of:

A bedroom with a double bed
A bedrooms with a double bed OR on request two single beds
two beautiful bathrooms one with a Jacuzzi shower and the other with Jacuzzi bath.
a living room with a sofa bed connected to the dining room
a functional kitchen open to the dining and living room
Plus extensive garden and terrace fully equipped with garden furniture, where you can relax and enjoy an evening barbeque or just sit around with friends enjoying a good bottle of local wine and a pizza. On request, an Italian chef is available at very reasonable rates to prepare your meals.

The swimming pool is open from 27th of April to 26th of October 2014

Bus stop and restaurant at walking distance.

Check in times

Check in is preferred on Saturdays from 15.30 to 20.00. For arrivals after 20:00 until 22:00 there is an extra charge of EUR 50.00; no arrivals will be accepted after 22.00.
Those who arrive after 22.00 will need to check at our office at 9.00 a.m the following day.
The approximate arrival time, way of arrival (by air and/or using a car or public transportation) including flight or train details and contact number needs to be communicated to us by email at least a week before the arrival. This will help us arrange a meeting that addresses all your needs and questions. In case you are delayed, please give us a telephone call to advise the estimated time of arrival.
Guests must depart by 10.00 a.m. For departures before 9:00 a.m security deposit can be held and sent back by electronic draft to your bank after checking any damage caused during the stay.
Departure time has to be communicated upon arrival or during the rental period and at least 3 days before departure.
For apartments that accept animals an extra charge and an extra security deposit will be required.

From Amalfi SITA bus service: The Istituto Tecnico per il Turismo bus stop is next to the steps of the villa.

From Salerno train station SITA bus service to Amalfi.
During the summer there are ferries (Piazza della Concordia) and hydrofoils (from molo Manfredi).

From Naples airport
To get from the Naples Airport (Capodichino) there is a local shuttle service which takes you to Naples train Station (Napoli Centrale) where you can get a train for Salerno.
Taxi: You can pick up a taxi from outside the station or we can arrange a transfer for you.

Policies & disclaimers

A deposit of 40% of the rental cost is required and payable on booking.

Confirmation will not be effected until the whole of the deposit has been received.

The balance must be paid within 45 days before arrival.

Any extra cost must be paid in cash and on arrival.

At the arrival it is also require a security deposit for any damage caused during the stay.

PENALTIES AND CANCELLATIONS:

If for any reason the customer intends to cancel the reservation, the customer must pay a fee based on the total rental cost calculated from the beginning of the lease period, according to the following:
