Recently elegantly renovated and fully equipped, the apartment is located in the historic centre of Amalfi and overlooks the small car-free Piazza Municipio which includes the pedestrian access tunnel to the Luna Rossa public car park.

Casa Rossana is only 120 metres via a covered passageway from the steps of the Duomo, the social hub and main piazza of the village of Amalfi and 100 metres from the beachside restaurants

The apartment is 15 steps from the building entrance, it is in a truly outstanding location offering the perfect compromise between those who want peace and at the same time convenient access to the lively Piazza Duomo and the beach plus offering exceptionally convenient access for travelers. It is 40 metres from the pedestrian access to the Luna Rossa car park and there are no steps between the car park vehicle reception and the entrance to the apartment building making it very easy to manage luggage.

The bus and ferry stops are 250 metres away with no steps en-route to the apartment building.

The apartment with air conditioning, can accommodate up to 3 people, it consists of a room of 55 square meters made up of:

A kitchen area with oven, fridge, worktop with microwave and kettle;
A living / dining area with double sofa bed and satellite TV with italian/european/asian channels;
A double bedroom;
A bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Amalfi, which is also the most famous city of the coast is the ideal starting point for exploring other towns of the Amalfi Coast and it is the departure of all ferries and buses.
A car is not necessary but if you travel by car, your only practical option is to use the very convenient underground secure parking at Luna Rossa for Euro20/day (car entrance GPS 40.63371 14.60706).

Check in times

Check in is preferred on Saturdays from 15.30 to 20.00. For arrivals after 20:00 until 22:00 there is an extra charge of EUR 50.00; no arrivals will be accepted after 22.00.

Those who arrive after 22.00 will need to check at our office at 9.00 a.m the following day.

The approximate arrival time, way of arrival (by air and/or using a car or public transportation) including flight or train details and contact number needs to be communicated to us by email at least a week before the arrival. This will help us arrange a meeting that addresses all your needs and questions. In case you are delayed, please give us a telephone call to advise the estimated time of arrival.

Guests must depart by 10.00 a.m. For departures before 9:00 a.m security deposit can be held and sent back by electronic draft to your bank after checking any damage caused during the stay.

Departure time has to be communicated upon arrival or during the rental period and at least 3 days before departure.

For apartments that accept animals an extra charge and an extra security deposit will be required.

Policies & disclaimers

A deposit of 40% of the rental cost is required and payable on booking. Confirmation will not be effected until the whole of the deposit has been received.

The balance must be paid within 45 days before arrival.

Any extra cost must be paid in cash and on arrival.

At the arrival it is also require a security deposit for any damage caused during the stay.

PENALTIES AND CANCELLATIONS:

If for any reason the customer intends to cancel the reservation, the customer must pay a fee based on the total rental cost calculated from the beginning of the lease period, according to the following:
