Maiori is located among gardens and terraces rich of citruses: it is in the most inner part of Amalfi Coast, in front of a beautiful beach, at the mouth of Reginna Major small river, only 4 km from the famous Amalfi,
The apartment right on the sea is located 10 minutes away (1km) from the centre of Maiori, with restaurants, bars, cafè, shops and a very large beach; From its terraces and gardens you can have a wonderful view of the coast and a breathtaking sea view.
The closest restaurant (Osteria Santa Maria) is at 300mt; The restaurant Torre Normanna is at 750mt.�
The city center is at about 1km and the bus stop at the gate exit
Nearby, there is a particular cave with special drinkable water which is accessible from the sea and a small beach.
From the main road you can reach the property by car through the private parking or by foot getting down about 100 steps.
Recently restored the properties has floor fan and air conditioning in all the rooms; a panoramic private pool (open from the 16th of May to the 3rd of October) and solarium furnished with umbrella, sun beds and chairs.
From the building, getting down about 200 steps, you can reach a private platform on the sea shared with other 2 properties.
On request, an Italian chef is available at very reasonable rates to prepare your meals.�

Check in times
Check in is preferred on Saturdays from 15.30 to 20.00. For arrivals after 20:00 until 22:00 there is an extra charge of EUR 50.00; no arrivals will be accepted after 22.00
Those who arrive after 22.00 will need to check at our office at 9.00 a.m the following day
The approximate arrival time, way of arrival (by air and/or using a car or public transportation) including flight or train details and contact number needs to be communicated to us by email at least a week before the arrival. This will help us arrange a meeting that addresses all your needs and questions. In case you are delayed, please give us a telephone call to advise the estimated time of arrival.
Guests must depart by 10.00 a.m. For departures before 9:00 a.m security deposit can be held and sent back by electronic draft to your bank after checking any damage caused during the stay.
Departure time has to be communicated upon arrival or during the rental period and at least 3 days before departure.
For apartments that accept animals an extra charge and an extra security deposit will be required.

PAYMENTS
Upon confirmation guests are required to fill in the booking confirmation form specifying with the number of people, address, phone number, identity document details.
A deposit of 40% of the rental cost is required and payable on booking. Confirmation will not be effected until the whole of the deposit has been received
The balance must be paid within 45 days before arrival.
Any extra cost must be paid in cash and on arrival.
At the arrival it is also require a security deposit for any damage caused during the stay.
PENALTIES AND CANCELLATIONS:
If for any reason the customer intends to cancel the reservation, the customer must pay a fee based on the total rental cost calculated from the beginning of the lease period, according to the following:
