The 120 rooms of the Poiano Hotel maintained and decorated with great attention to detail, are elegantly styled and are fitted with all modern conviences which inspire the perfect holiday spirit.

All rooms have their own furnished, private balcony or terrace that offers guests the possibility of enjoying a few moments of relaxation, caressed by the light breeze of a summer´s evening.

Classic Room

The Classic rooms are in the central building of the Poiano Hotel and overlook the panorama of Lake Garda (all with dormer windows).

Essential and decorous, all Classic rooms feature bathroom with shower–hydromassage (some with tub), hair dryer, telephone, satellite television, safe, minibar, air-conditioning and wireless network.

Costabella Room

Situated in the central building of the Poiano Hotel, furnished with sober elegance, all rooms feature a balcony with a panoramic view over the park.

Precious pastel-coloured fabrics, comfortable beds, and bathrooms in good taste create a harmonious atmosphere.

All rooms feature a shower–hydromassage (some with tub), hair dryer, telephone, satellite television, safe, minibar, air conditioning and wireless network.

Panorama Room

Situated in the central building of the Poiano Hotel, these rooms with an ample lake-view balcony offer the perfect mix of style, comfort and services.

The furnishings are of excellent quality: comfortable beds, bathrooms in the delicate colours of local stone with shower–hydromassage (some with tub), hair dryer, telephone, satellite television, safe, minibar, air conditioning and wireless network.

Junior Suite

In the two-storey buildings just two hundred metres from the main building, these spacious rooms of around 40 square metres enjoy a splendid view over Lake Garda.

The rattan furnishings and pastel-coloured fabrics are in perfect harmony with the vivid tonalities of the walls.

All suites feature bathrooms in precious marble with bathtub and shower, hair dryer, telephone, satellite television, safe, minibar, air conditioning and furnished balcony or terrace.

*Third and fourth bed always possible in Junior Suite rooms.

Apartments

Renting an apartment by Lake Garda is the perfect solution for families with young children or for those looking to spend time in close proximity to nature, in welcoming and informal surroundings and where life out in the fresh air and absolute tranquillity are fundamental elements of the holiday.

The 160 Poiano Apartments, housed in six independent blocks of flats and characterised by various architectural styles, are divided into residences on two or three levels: Residences A, B and C with the “Central” apartments, and Residences D, E and F with the “Classic” apartments.

Residence A, the premises of the “Central” apartments, is the historic centre of the resort. Going back to the fourteenth century, it is made up of the “Colombara” tower and the ancient cottage, home of the farmworkers of the Poiano holding, with its attached stable and pigsty. Renovated and expanded in the 1980s, it became the first Poiano residential complex.
In 2003, the floors, terraces and furnishings of these apartments were completely renovated.
All the apartments in Residence A are air-conditioned and have a garden immersed in the green countryside or terraces with a splendid panorama of Lake Garda.

The “Central” apartments in Residences B and C were designed with a functional, modern style. Varying in size, and all air-conditioned, they can host from 2 to 8 people according to their type.
The furnished terraces on the ground floor open directly onto the garden; all the first-floor apartments have a balcony with beautiful views of the lake and surroundings.

The “Classic” apartments in Residence D, without air-conditioning, enjoy a privileged position nestled in the surrounding hills with a splendid view of Lake Garda, and all with a furnished terrace or balcony.

The apartments in Residences E and F (“Classic” without air-conditioning) make for a veritable little country-style village, with the charming brightly-painted apartments set around a central piazza. The apartments have terraces or balconies furnished with a table and chairs.

approximately 40 m2, for 2-4 guests, air-conditioned. Comprises sitting room with double sofabed, equipped kitchenette, room with twin beds, bathroom with shower and safe. No balcony or terrace. Rates include the first supply of bed linen and towels.

2-room apartment “Central”
approximately 45 m2, for 2-4 guests, air-conditioned. Comprises sitting room with double sofabed, equipped kitchenette, room with twin beds, bathroom with shower and safe. Balcony or furnished terrace. Rates include the first supply of bed linen and towels.

3-room apartments

3-room apartment “Central” without balcony
approximately 50 m2, for 4-6 guests, air-conditioned. Comprises sitting room with double sofa-bed, equipped kitchenette, two rooms with twin beds and bathroom with shower. No balcony or terrace. Rates include the first supply of bed linen and towels.

3-room apartment “Central”
approximately 55 m2, for 4-6 guests, air-conditioned. Comprises sitting room with double sofa-bed, equipped kitchenette, two rooms with twin or bunk beds and bathroom with shower. Balcony or furnished terrace. Apartments with dishwasher on request. Rates include the first supply of bed linen and towels.

4-room apartments
