Classic, Superior e Suite.

Six rooms of classic, superior and suite class: each different in size, panorama and location. But everyone provided with excellent amenities: mini bar, satellite TV, free wifi, iPod or USB Key compatible sound system, air conditioning and underfloor heating, LAV certified (Anti-Vivisection League) bathroom accessories and pool bathrobes and toiletries that are not tested on animals.

The luxury of simple things.

Each room holds the sign of the rural civilization, every item is authentic, lovingly restored, reinvented in the function. Every detail is living a new life and enhances the magic of your stay. The atmosphere, for us, is more important than the location itself. We like gracefulness, not luxury at all costs: this is why we have decorated each room as if we live there ourselves.

Our pets.

Enjoy the company of tame pets during your evenings outdoors: our dogs and cats do not use to pull back if you caress them. Everyone of you will be fascinated, not only the children: what we give you is the most authentic contact with the rural life.

Donkeys, horses, goats and geese.

Masseria Prosperi is also a unique experience in touch with many farm animals. Not surprisingly, the symbol that marks us is a donkey. A wonderful being sung by Pindaro in his Odes, a keeper of secrets to Aristophanes, the paradigm of boundless gracefulness into literature pages of all ages.
