Rooms

The hotel has 29 rooms. The 8 Deluxe Rooms are located in the main building, all with spacious terraces with stunning views of the bay below, equipped with sun loungers, a comfortable hammock, table and chairs; private bathroom with whirlpool tub and shower. Also available in 18 exterior rooms located in independent villas: 7 Superior Rooms, with large terraces overlooking the sea furnished with sun loungers, table and chairs and equipped with mini whirlpool. The 8 Standard Rooms, even those with private entrance, have sea view terrace furnished with sun loungers, table and chairs and bathroom with shower. Available also 6 suites located externally: 2 Mini Suites with balconies overlooking the sea with mini hydro pool, furnished with a hammock, sun beds, table and chairs and private bathroom with shower or bath tub and 4 Suite Spa with private spa area with sauna or turkish bath and Jacuzzi, large patio overlooking the sea with deck chairs and sofa. All rooms have air conditioning, heating, telephone, minibar, Sky TV (except Standard), private bathroom with hairdryer and courtesy.

RESTAURANT: The veranda-restaurant, with a view of the most evocative of the Gargano coast, gives a touch of exclusivity to the whole complex. A special attention is devoted to the service and the food based on the principle of respect for the seasons, so the menu changes daily according to fresh produce available on the market. All enriched by fresh fish and a wine cellar that offers the best of Apulian wine production.

SERVICES AND FACILITIES: Swimming pool with bar and sun terrace with sunbeds and sofas, whirlpool, Technogym fitness corner, lounge bar, grill restaurant, reading room, area Wi-Fi, secure parking. Hall: lounge bar, reading room, WI-FI zone, meeting room up to 70 seats, parking. For a fee: laundry, rent canoes and paddleboats.

SEA: At sea, immediately deep, is accessed through a passage on the rocks where it is positioned as a platform where you can dive for a refreshing bath. For its particular location and dislocation, the villa is not suitable for children. A few minutes drive instead there are several beaches in the sand.

BEACH: gravel, surrounded by rocks, 200 mt. from the hotel

Cancellation

If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and extra beds
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
Children´s cots/cribs are not available.
One child from 2 to 12 years is charged 60 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
One older child or adult is charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
