Relais Corte Palmieri is a wonderful historical house dating back to 1700 situated in the dense maze of alleys, streets and squares of the famous fishing village of Gallipoli. Characterized by sunny terraces and walls covered by colorful bougainvillea, this beautiful unique building, evocates a Moroccan Riad. Prickly pear, Jupiter´s beard and citrus trees paint the terraces in the warmer months, where every morning a good morning is given with a buffet breakfast characterized by a wide range of products.

Near the picturesque beach of La Purità nd many churches of the old town, Relais Corte Palmieri offers the possibility to enjoy the city center discovering every day a place where you can taste the typical Salento cuisine or drink an aperitif.

Rooms

Each room at the Relais Corte Palmieri is unique, different from the others in style, location and size. They all keep the characteristics of the preexisting structure, for example, processing a recess in a wardrobe or keeping the old wooden floors and doors. Some rooms overlook the courtyard whereas others have a common terrace furnished with sofas and chaises-longues.

Double Standard (M)
Cosy and romantic double rooms (twin on request). Because of the peculiar structure, some rooms have got a French window or a small window facing the courtyard itself. From 16 sqm.

Double Superior (M)
Lovely double rooms on two levels. The sleeping area, which is situated on the parquet mezzanine, has got a comfortable double bed whereas the downstairs living area is furnished with sofa or armchairs. From 18 sqm.

De Luxe (M + XX)
Regal and unique bigger rooms. Some rooms have got a common terrace furnished with sofas and chaises-longues while others have got a fourposter bed. From 25 sqm.

During summer:
(from 06/15 to 09/20) Gallipoli old town is a limited traffic area during summer. Guests are allowed to enter the old town only the day of arrival and departure in order to drop off and pick up their luggage. Our guests are asked to sign a paper that need to be transmitted to the local police. Only residents are allowed to park in the limited traffic area. The hotel ha no responsibilty for any car parked in unauthorised areas. A free parking is available at the port area.
