Full day experience on board a train and tastings at the wineries of Mt. Etna.
This fascinating tour will take you on a discovery of the volcanic grounds of Mt. Etna, transporting you into a "volcano" of unique smells, flavours and beauties aboard the slow and relaxing Circumetnea Railway train! You will discover unique landscapes and the best wineries of the Etna wine roads.

The Etna wine train is available every Thursday and Saturday.

The train departs from Riposto and stops at ​​Piedimonte Etneo where your agronomist guide will get on board.
In Randazzo you will get off and transfer by Wine Bus to the first winery for a guided tour and a tasting of 2 Etna Doc wines and local products like cold cuts, cheeses, olives, extra virgin olive oil and bruschetta.
Afterwards, you will enjoy a guided walk in a historic village (Castiglione di Sicilia on Thursdays, Randazzo on Saturdays). You will have free time for a coffee break.
At 3pm you will get back on the wine bus to reach the second winery for a guided tour and a tasting of 2 Etna Doc wines and traditional products.
Around 5pm you will depart from Randazzo and go back home.
