A sensory experience which combines the practice of yoga with the ancient tradition of wine, all in the same wine estate.
The yoga teacher will guide you with some Pranayama techniques, exercises which will help you learn how to manage your breathing. Following this, some Hatha yoga, a practise of controlling your body and mind, promoting strength, physical elasticity and stages of deep relaxation and concentration.
After the yoga you will be ready to go and discover the estate. You will visit the wine cellar and you will be offered a tasting of 4 wines, accompanied by traditional local products such as cheese, salami, homemade bread and biscuits.
