The detached house offers on two floors a generous living space of approximately 160 sqm with all comforts and functional furnishing for six people.
Through the entrance door you reach an open-space area with upholstered furniture, open fireplace, SAT-TV with flat screen, DVD player and dining table. Adjacent there is a bathroom with toilet and washbasin. Through the living room you reach the eat-in kitchen with four gas rings, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and dining table. Very nice is the large glass window of the kitchen which not only brings light into the room, but also leads directly to the veranda with BBQ corner and seating. Here you can enjoy the breakfast and at the same time the view of the pool.
Also via the kitchen you reach the staircase with 21 steps leading to the sleeping possibilities at the first floor. A hallway with another large glass window, small sofa and table is the pivot point to the three bedrooms of the house. Two bedrooms each with double bed and air conditioning, one bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning. One bathroom with shower / WC / bidet. The large glass window of the hallway gives access to an shady balcony where you can enjoy peacefully your first cup of coffee after awakening. Washing machine, Wi-Fi, safe, portable baby cot and a high chair (please reserve) are included in the price.

Other information

The wide range of outdoor activities allow you to do something different in the family circle at any time of the day.
Breakfast can be served on the veranda which is accessible from the kitchen. The same veranda is also suitable for cosy dinners, as there is a pizza oven and the BBQ. On the front terrace of the house is a table soccer with lighting, in order to be able to play also in the evening. The lawn area in front of this terrace is equipped with two small football goals for a small afternoon match. There is also an outside bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.
To the left of the house and protected by the shade of an olive tree, there is another small lawn area which is explicitly intended for the small ones, because here are located among other things a small swing and slide.
On the back of the house, surrounded by a hill landscape with beautiful patio and decorated with gazebo, parasol, seating and lying possibilities there is the beautiful private pool (open from 15.05 to 18.09) with pool lighting. Here, surrounded by Mediterranean plant life, you can also enjoy summery, romantic night swimming.
