This exclusive detached house with private pool is located in an idyllic Sicilian countryside, just 4 km away from Floridia and less than 500 m from an exclusive golf resort. The entire plot of about 9,000 sqm extends over contemplative silence. Crossing the gate, you are welcomed by a small newly planted olive grove. This house has been recently built in 2015.

The nature which surrounds the house is charming and outdoor spaces make it possible to experience it directly. Handmade Sicilian walls and Mediterranean plants surround the relaxing holiday house. On the rear of the property, surrounded by scenic hills and a well-kept lawn, is the private pool (14x6,5 m, open from 15.05 to 18.09). Outdoor barbecue and garden furniture are also available.

The detached house offers its guests a total area of about 290 sqm for 8 people with four bedrooms, divided on two levels. The holiday accommodation offers all the comfort you want for your holiday: the front door introduce you this elegant modern and comfortable house. The living room, bright and airy with high wooden roof, looks left towards an open fireplace with a comfortable sofa in front of it. There is also a satellite TV LCD and air conditioning. On the right side of the living room there is a reading area with a sliding glass door that overlooks the pool and the hills. The living room is the crucial point of the house. From here you can reach the two bedrooms on the ground floor - each with double bed, LCD TV and air conditioning. One of the bedrooms has a bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet; another bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. Always on the ground floor is the spacious and modern kitchen with five-flame gas stove, electric oven, microwave, LCD TV and panoramic windows overlooking the surrounding countryside. Adjacent a small room with sink, washing machine and separate toilet suitable for people with disabilities. Through the sliding glass door of the kitchen, which overlooks the pool and countryside, you can reach the porch, the ideal place for dining outdoors. From the living room, a comfortable staircase leads to the first floor with two further bedrooms, each with double bed, LCD TV and air conditioning. Again, a bedroom has an elegant en suite bathroom with hand-finished tiles, shower, toilet and bidet. All windows flood the rooms with light and Mediterranean colours. WLAN, cot, high chair and toys for children are available and included in the price. There is also an alarm system with TVCC.
