Day 1

Arrival at the hotel in Gozzano.
Overnight stay

Day 2

E-bike delivery at the hotel with small briefing about bike usage and set up.

E-bike excursion around Lake Orta (40 km)

Take the provincial road that leads out of Gozzano towards San Maurizio, quiet road surrounded in the woods overlooking the lake. Once in San Maurizio, you start to glimpse the lake on the right hand side. Past the town continue until Alzo, from here you can take the detour of about 5 km (all uphill) to reach the "Madonna del Sasso" where is the seat of the homonymous church that looks over the lake with a lovely view. Going downhill, get back to the detour point and  continue to Pella, a charming village on the lake with a nice small harbor.
As you go along, you will get to Omegna passing through other small villages.
After visiting Omegna, take the SS 229 that runs along the lake towards Gozzano and stop in Pettenasco and Orta for a drink on the lake shore, with a splendid view of the island of St. Julius.
Back on the bike, you keep going on SS 229 until you get back to Gozzano.

Day 3

E-bike excursion through the vineyards (35 km)

A nice ring excursion in the Novara hills, home of the vineyards where   grape varieties are cultivated to produce the the DOP "Colli Novaresi".
From the hotel, take the road that leads to Maggiora and after the first 5-6 km you will see the first vineyards. Arrived in Boca, they travel on a series of dirt roads, through vineyards until you reach the village of Boca. Continuing along the same road you will arrive at Cantina Conti in Maggiora for a wine tasting and a light lunch.

Day 4

E-bike excursion through the rice fields (30 km)

Panoramic tour in the Novarese flat land, among wine hills and plains where farmers grow rice. These country roads are easy and very quiet, and will lead you through rice and corn cultivations, crossing villages with beautiful courtyards, and where agriculture is still deeply rooted. From Gozzano it makes a round trip through Borgomanero, Momo, Agnellengo, Bolzano Novarese.
Path suitable for nature lovers, with no big bumps ahead, only   plains surrounded by greenery.

Day 5

Trekking around Lake Orta (13 km)

The ideal starting point is Quaggione (1240 m), the mountain that overlooks Lake Orta. Here starts a path that follows the ridge of three mountains  commonly called "The three humps" (about 1600 m) and then continues on to the highest point, Mount Massone, where you can find the cross (2161 m) and then come down to Alpe Loccia (1200 m.). Total length is 13km and all paths are very well signposted.

Day 6

Breakfast at the hotel and departure.
