An unforgettable tour in Tuscany, well known for its sweet hilly landscapes, its art treasures, its culture, its great wines and its delightful cuisine.
This route conducts you through extraordinary valleys like Val d’Elsa, Chianti, Val d’Arno, Val d’Orcia, Crete senesi, via Francigena (ancient pilgrims´ route), across wonderful vineyards and hills. Cycling along pleasant minor roads in continuous sweet ups and downs, you will pass through Certaldo, birthplace of the novelist Boccaccio, San Gimignano with its one hundred towers, Volterra ancient and perfectly preserved medieval village on top of a hill and, last but not least, Siena, with its marvellous Piazza del Campo, a round space where the famous “Palio” takes place, its typical cathedral and the  noble palaces overlooking narrow medieval raods.
